How to Submit Online ACR/PER 2026 on SED HRMS - Step-by-Step Guide
The School Education Department (SED) Punjab has made it mandatory for all teachers to submit their Annual Confidential Report (ACR) or Performance Evaluation Report (PER) online via the HRMS portal. In this guide, we will provide a complete step-by-step process for Punjab teachers to submit their ACR for the year 2026.

Step 1: Login to SED HRMS Portal
First, visit the official website of SED HRMS Punjab (sedhr.punjab.gov.pk). Use your CNIC and the password provided by the department to log in to your profile.
Step 2: Access the ACR/PER Section
Once logged in, look for the "Performance Evaluation" or "ACR" tab on the left-hand menu. Click on "Add" to start a new application for the year 2026.
Step 3: Fill in Professional Details
Fill in the required fields, including your teaching achievements, training attended, and results of your classes. Ensure all data is accurate as per your school record.
Important: Select Correct Reporting Officer
Selecting the correct Reporting Officer and Countersigning Officer is crucial. If you select the wrong officer, your ACR might get stuck or rejected.

- سب سے پہلے SED HRMS پورٹل پر اپنا شناختی کارڈ اور پاس ورڈ لگا کر لاگ ان کریں۔
- مینو میں سے Performance Evaluation کے بٹن پر کلک کریں۔
- اپنی تفصیلات جیسے کہ اسباق کی تعداد اور رزلٹ وغیرہ احتیاط سے درج کریں۔
- اپنے Reporting Officer (ہیڈ ماسٹر یا اے ای او) کا درست انتخاب کریں۔
- آخر میں Save کریں اور فارم سبمٹ کر دیں۔
